Yoga for Girls
YOGA for Girls Grades 8-12
This class is designed to help you balance your mind and body. Yoga will help you to develop a strong and flexible body, calm your mind and gain greater poise and confidence. Each participant needs a Pilates/Yoga mat.
Spring I: March 8-May 2, 2009 (No program April 8, 2009)
Spring II: May 3-June 21, 2009 (No program May 24, 2009)
