Kickboxing, Body Sculpting & Hi-Low Aerobic Class with a Twist - Ages 18+

Kickboxing will help “knock” out stress as you kick and punch your way to a stronger and healthier you. You will firm up, burn calories and increase your endurance, all while having a great time. Body sculpting uses various fitness tools that will increase muscular strength and help build lean muscle. Hi-Low aerobics incorporates fun and innovative moves that will help jump start your fitness program while developing cardio strength and coordination. Please keep in mind that all classes are total body workouts and are suitable for all fitness levels. It is recommended that you bring a mat and a pair of dumbbells to get the most out of class (storage will be provided).
Spring I: March 8-May 2, 2009 (No program April 6 & 9, 2009)
